My name is Diane Eggit, I used to be a very keen runner, running about 4 times a week.  I would enter the occasional race event, but my sole reason for running was to keep in shape.  I would get very annoyed with myself if I didn’t fit in my running and especially found it hard when I had been working all day and then had to go and do my own training.

 

I would also weight train 2/3 times a week and get myself stressed out when I could not fit in all my sessions. After all I need to keep fit for my job. Having been a Personal Trainer in the Storrington area for the past 12 years I have helped many clients with their goals.
